Orders for a collection kit may be cancelled before the kit has been shipped for a full refund. Once a kit has been shipped, cancellations may be made within 30 days and are subject to the cancellation guidelines below. Once the collection kit has been received in our partners laboratory for processing we will be unable to issue a refund. Prior to arriving in our laboratory orders requiring an online physician network will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee; orders not requiring an online physician network will be subject to a $20 cancellation fee.
